So Vík Prjónsdóttir has an incredibly charming set of products, and an even more charming story.
The video goes into it in more detail than I could hope to cover in this here little bit of text, but I will say that this is a wonderful example of how a whole company (no matter how small) can be revived by a few simple creative ideas. I love that the owner of this old knitting factory was gutsy enough to take on designers who wanted to make beard-hats, and twin-hooded blankets.
A few risks, and some creative energy can go a long way.
